What's the URL of the page this enhancement relates to, if any?
Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
The page for an individual review request shows the time when it was last updated, but this accounts for comments left by other users. The timestamp for when the review request was originally posted is not shown, even though it is available from the dashboard, and that seems a bit inconsistent.
It'd be nice to show the original post time for cases where a review request hasn't been getting attention and where the original author might add a comment just to ping people.
