1776: Ability to open each file in a separate tab

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
This might be an extension of or related to Issue 1772.

It'd be really cool if you could hit a button and open each file in a new tab (all at once). Then the reviewer can just close each tab as he reviews the file, and he can make sure to look at each file by itself. This also lets the reviewer drag around tabs to regroup them in the order he wants to look at files.

I'm pretty confident that pop-up blockers will not allow us to do this in any modern browser. It's also really not what we want to present as UI. Perhaps someone could code up some extension later on that makes it easier, but not built-in to the product.
