1774: post-review can't handle symlink deletes properly for p4 changes

What version are you running?
RBTools 0.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. check a file into perforce, as well as symlinks to that file
2. Then delete both the file and the symlinks and try to submit a code review using post-review.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect to see the review created. Instead I get an error.
