1770: Provide feedback on post-review progress

What version are you running?
RBTools 0.2

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Since post-review can take a while to do its job, it'd be nice if there were a way for it to show some progress (not just dumping the debug output) so that people knew it wasn't hung.

There are only really two places where it can block--talking to the SCM, and talking to review board. In either case there's not a lot we can do as far as providing useful progress information.
