Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Since most reviewers get comments sent to them as email, it'd be really nice if they could just reply to that email with comments and have them actually stored as comments by ReviewBoard. This would make it easier for reviewers and authors to have a conversation that's still tracked without having to go back to the review page every time.
