on "New Change Request page" last selected repository should be enhanced
1. Autocomplete-style textbox can be added
2. Repository selected in previous session can be saved
Motivation: we have about 200 repositories in my organization. Choosing right one in combobox is painful.

Would be nice to make those controls optional or be shown only if there are significant amount of repositories registered.
