What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Start commenting on a review. 2. Save a draft. 3. Wait. 4. Wait. 5. Wait. 6. Publish the comment. Result: Reviewboard will show the comments with a timestamp of: "Posted X minutes ago." which is the time the comments were drafted, not when they were published. I just responded to a review request, and my comments were timestamped with "Posted 6 days, 7 hours ago" immediately after I published them. According to that, it was a very timely review. :)
