1745: plain CentOS 5.4 requires "yum install python-devel" before "easy_install ReviewBoard"

Hello,

I'm not a linux expeert, but during the installation of reviewboard I got the following error when running easy_install ReviewBoard:
Python.h: No such file or directory

It seams that 
yum install python-devel

solves this problem , and thus could be a prerequisite for the installation.
