What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
It's in the LAN,so there is no way to give. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.create review topic,and then publish
2.view diff
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the diff view is exactly show difference.However,I saw the difference is misplaced.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Window xp sp2.Firefox.

That is certainly very, very odd. I haven't seen this before.

Are there any non-UTF-8 characters in this diff?

Would you mind trying 1.5 RC 1, clearing your memcached, and then viewing the diff again? There was a small bug in the diff viewer that was fixed. It *might* be related, but it's really hard to say.
