1692: Review Board returns an error when parsing diff with headers in other language

When I tried to upload a diff created with a internationalized version of subversion (in french in this case) Review Board returns an error.

(Unable to parse diff revision header '(révision 1332)')

the accent on the e in revision made him crash.

But, the next line (in english working copy) (in french "copie de travail") made him returning an error too.

I am using Review Board 1.0.8

Either create your diffs with LANG=C or use post-review. We can't parse diffs for every localization of every tool.
