At the top of the page, it says "Bugs Closed". My change does not close the bug, it adds
instrumentation in order to help closing the bug in the future. Yet, when I check in my change, I
want to see the bug be updated with my change to reflect progress towards this bug's resolution.
So I want to put the proper bug number there, but the title should not be "Bugs Closed", but
something more neutral like "Bugs Involved", or "Bugs being (partially) addressed". You get the
idea.
