1628: When using group networkmanagement the review emails are sent to kde-networkmanagement@kde.org, which does not exist

1. Create a review to the networkmanagement group
2. You will receive a failure email saying kde-networkmanagement@kde.org does not 
exists
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The email be sent to the correct mailinglist

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux Gentoo, Chrome.

The e-mail kde-networkmanager@kde.org exists, maybe you should change kde-
networkmanagement@kde.org to kde-networkmanager@kde.org in the group 
networkmanagement configuration.
