1604: Add doctest to the list of supported extensions for pygments

My understanding is that files in the diff viewer are highlighted by 
pygments based on the file extension.  Can we add ".doctest" to the list of 
supported extensions?

This request would have to be made to Pygments. We have no control over their file
registration.
