Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
In bugzilla, you can subscribe to a bug by adding yourself to the CC list,
but you can also ignore udpates to a bug by adding yourself to the "ignore"
list for that bug.
It would be nice to have an "ignore" line along with "groups" and "users"
so that individual users could "unsubscribe" from a review. In our case, a
user had updated a review saying, "can you remove group X from this
review," and subsequently that user got all review updates, which was
obviously not the intended result ;)
Obviously, if you add a group that is emailed by mailing alias and then add
an individual user to be ignore, you will not get the (perhaps) expected
result, but at least the above case would be covered.
