1. Try to update a diff
2. Choose a diff file
3. Click on Update
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the file to be uploaded and I got the following error :
Error: Saving the form failed due to a server error: 0 n/a
Please try again later. If this continues to happen, please report it to
your administrator.
A button "Dismiss" and a button "Details". The details are

What operating system are you using? What browser?

This also happens with FireFox on FreeBSD. After the error occurs it's possible to refresh the review and continue entering the upate information.
I'm getting the same symptoms since upgrading from Review Board 1.0.3.1 to 1.0.9. New Diffs get added normally, but any attempt to Update Diff results in an orange box stating: Error: Saving the form failed due to a server error: 0 n/a Please try again later. If this continues to happen, please report it to your administrator. (Clicking details gives: Something broke! (Error 500) It appears something broke when you tried to go to here. This is either a bug in Review Board or a server configuration error. Please report this to your administrator.) This happens regardless of the age of the original request (happens to requests created both pre and post upgrade) This is NOT affecting MSIE8, but IS affecting both Firefox 3.6.10 and Chrome 6.0.472.63
This has changed significantly since 1.0.x, and I haven't seen any reports of it occurring in 1.5 and newer.
