What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run "cvs diff -uN -r1.1" on a directory with files that were removed
2. Try and upload the resulting diff to Review Board.
3. Fail.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The problem is that dead files have relative path in the diff output
and I suspect review board don't know what to do with it.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
