1454: Problem when creating new review request with spaces in repo URL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have some svn repo with space in at least on directory
2. Link it to review board
3. & Try uploading new patch for review manually (i.e not thro' post-review)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New review req should be created

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Ubuntu Linux, Firefox

Please provide any additional information below.
It always says some of the files from the patch are
not present in repository.
Uploading of patch works if I use post-review tool.

This is an issue for us as well. Our svn repos have spaces in the name. When I URL 
encode the name to use a %20 instead of a space, the system tells me that it "Could not 
open the requested SVN filesystem".

I used repo URL as it is (i.e without %20) while creating new review request
i.e with spaces, and it worked for me

The patches created by 'svn diff' aren't good enough in many ways. This is why we ask 
that people use post-review.
