1428: website - Allow yearly donations

The website curently lists only two types of donations a) one time b)
monthly. For people like me who want to do sustained donation but can not
afford to do monthly because of currency rates this is not much useful.
It will be great if there is an option for yearly donations.

Note: You should really have a 'website' component in bug tracker.

Certainly a feature worth implementing :) I'll look into whether PayPal supports
yearly donations.

In the meantime, I've added a Website component. I'll make a top-level thing for
websites as well.

Paypal certainly allows yearly donations. Freenode.net accepts yearly donations
through paypal. Please check the form on home page - http://freenode.net/
