1415: Not able to creat a new review request (Critical)

What version are you running?1.0.5


What's the URL of the page containing the problem?
https://reviewboard.eng.vmware.com/r/new/


What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open https://reviewboard.eng.vmware.com and login to review board
2.Click to New Review Request Link to open 
https://reviewboard.eng.vmware.com
3.Fill the Repository, Change Number and Diff filds and click on "Create 
Review Request" button

What is the expected output?  The new request should be created.
What do you see instead? Same page with Diff text box emptied


What operating system are you using? What browser? Windows XP, Internet 
Explorer 8 and Mozilla FireFox

Make sure you're running 1.0.5.1, not 1.0.5. This was a bug in 1.0.5.
