What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new bug using Google Chrome.
2. Start entering text into "Description" or "Testing Done" box.
3. Notice changing text box size.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Size of text box should remain constant size. Instead for each key pressed
(including BACKSPACE) the text box grows vertically by one line.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP SP2, Google Chrome
Please provide any additional information below.
Problem does not occur with Firefox.
