139: Review Email doesn't designate a 'Ship It' label when generated.

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

None

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mark a review request as "Ship it"
2. View the generated email after it's sent.
3. "Ship it" doesn't appear anywhere in the email.  It looks like an empty
review comment

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Email should have showed "Ship it".  It didn't

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Firefox 2.x

This was fixed in SVN a few days ago, bug 135.
