1. Browse to the Review
2. Without looking at the address bar or hovering over links, try to find a 
visual cue as to what the Review ID # is.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Somewhere in the HTML should be the ID # of the Review.

What operating system are you using? What browser?

The review # is very important for tools such as post-review.

I was going to open a second bug that there is no obvious place to click to leave a 
"Diff" view and go back to the Review.

Instead of opening a new bug, this bug should just make that "obvious and visible" 
Review ID a clickable link.
