1369: Replies does not saved across page re-loads

What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create and publish a review
2. Write some remarks
3. Start typing replies to remarks
4. press "refresh" button in a browser or go to another page and press "back"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: All unpublished replies are visible.
Actual: All unpublished replies are lost.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP, Firefox 3.0

So you're saying you typed a reply but never hit "OK" ? In that case, there's little
we can do. Maybe display a warning that there are unsaved changed, but I thought we
did that...

I hit "ok" in reply editor. But not hit "publish" button at the top of the review.

I guess it's possible that things were slow, but hitting "OK" is sufficient to save
it. Perhaps your browser cached it strangely.
