134: Mail templates have http hard-coded

We are using https instead of http for RB, but the emails sent by RB have
http hardcoded.
It would be nice to have a parameter in settings_local for the URL scheme
(default: http).

Fixed in SVN.  You can now set DOMAIN_METHOD inside settings_local.py to "https"
