Can review requests include links for downloading the modified files? It's
often much easier to review code if you can view the files in your IDE or
text editor, outside of ReviewBoard. This is especially true for new file
checkins, large changelists, and 1.0 products in general, where the code is
heavily in flux. Allowing download of files also enables a reviewer to
actually test out the code as part of the review.
