Need option to expand all collapsed code blocks because it is too difficult
to find line of code after expanding block.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP, Firefox 3.0

At the bottom-right corner of the diff header (right before the actual changed
files), there's an "[+] Expand changes" button.

I want to expand chahges in per-file basis, not for all files at time.
