What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit an outgoing review using Google Chrome Browser
2. enter some text into the testing done box
3. you will see that the text box increases in size everytime you press a key.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the test box to only get bigger once i have reached the last line
of the box not every time i press a key on the keyboard.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
I am using Windows XP with Google's Chrome browser
