1274: The edit box portion of a file upload field doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open one of your reviews
2. Click Update Diff
3. Click the edit box next to a Browse button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: the edit box should get the focus
Actual: the browser acts like I clicked the Browse button. I also can't tab
to the edit box or type into it.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
FF 3.5.2 on XP x64 and OSX 10.4.9
I did not see this with FF 2.0.0.20 on XP

This is intentional, and is done by the browser. They introduced this in Firefox 3.
It's supposed to be a security thing, I think. Anyhow, beyond our control.
