1253: ReviewBoard version seems not to appear on any page

At least, I couldn't find it when this bugtracker last asked me for it.  It
doesn't seem to appear on any of the normal user-visible pages.

It would be nice if a version identifier appeared somewhere - anywhere! 
Page footer, "About ReviewBoard" page, etc.

This means you're running a pre-1.0 version. In 1.0 and later, the version number
appears next to "Review Board" at the top of the page. You'll need to ask your
administrator to upgrade.
