Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
I would like to be able to somehow note that I have already reviewed a
particular file. Our changesets can involve many files, and working
through the list top to bottom isn't the best way to review the code.
After reviewing several files, it can be difficult to remember what has
been reviewed and what has not. The obvious solution is a pen and paper,
but I'd love to be able to note it right in the software.
