1228: Support to upload description, test report to review board.

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Currently the review board mandates the test and description tobe written 
in the same form. If test report is big enough then it makes reader, 
reviwer tough. If we get the option of uploading the test report/problem 
description then it will be good.


What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP. Google chrome/IE

I'm a little confused by the description.

Are you saying you want to be able to attach a file containing the test information,
rather than putting it in the Testing Done?

    Yes, sometimes the testing output obtained will be very huge. Pasting that in "Test 
Done" box will not looks good. So if there is option of uploading the "test report" 
file then it will be good ( Both options can be given, putting in "Test Done" or 
uploading the file).

Okay, makes sense. This would be handled then by bug #239.
