What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open review #88100
2. Go to the diff and compare diff 3 and 4
3. In the first file around lines 1000-1015 pay attention
to the "for" loop.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is very obvious that all marked differences are displayed
one line above the line that is actually different.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
