What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a page which has a text area. i.e. page that shows the review
2. Click on edit icon to edit Description.
3. Start typing.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should be that it increases the size by one more line when
the last line is filled in. Instead, the text area size increases after
each key stroke including back-space.
