Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.

At present, review board emails everyone involved on the review request 
whenever it is updated or modified.  This list includes the person that 
initiated the change/update which led to the email.  This is unnecessary as 
the person knows what he/she changed. 
By cutting down on emails received, users will be able to focus on emails 
that require their attention.

This should be an option. Some people prefer to receive confirmation emails cc'ed to
themselves. I suspect the current design is intentional.
