1205: Allow viewing diffs between an unpublished review and the previously published version

Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it :

When I publish a new diff incorporating review comments/fixing bugs, I'd
like to sanity check what I changed from the previously published version
before publishing the new diff. This is especially handy for huge changesets.

What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP. Firefox 3.5

Assuming you're logged in, you can do an interdiff between a diff which is part of
your draft and the latest published revision.
