What's the URL of the page containing the problem?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. easy_install ReviewBoard (rc2)
2. easy_install -U ReviewBoard (rc3)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected website to work still

getting:
Something broke! (Error 500)

It appears something broke when you tried to go to here. This is either a
bug in Review Board or a server configuration error. Please report this to
your administrator. 

What operating system are you using? What browser?

Did you run:

 $ rb-site upgrade /path/to/your/site

And then restart your web server? Otherwise, it will break.
