1159: Bugginess with siteconfig display / fail to save when deleting fields in __init__

1.  create siteconfiguration, but remove fields in __init__ based on criteria
2.  Access settings with fields removed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
on save, save message and updated field in db

some fields in Fieldset appear that do not above. Ignore these, paste issue.

That paste is gone now. Please paste in the bug report itself.

I'm not really sure what you're saying is happening here. You're deleting the fields
in __init__.py, and then it fails to save? Fails how?
