Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Currently review board mandates on code diff. If we need to do only design
or investigation review (where there is no code diff) , it is not possible
currently. It would be good to have one more text box or upload box which
allows us for doing design review. In that case Repository and Diff will
not be taken into consideration. Another way is to make "diff" input box
to accept both code diff and design text and have a option box for code
review ( default selected ) and design review. If design review is
selected, just ignore Repository selection.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows 2003 x64 and IE 6.
