Summary
Requesting that certain people be added to the list of available
participants is all well and good but sometimes you need to specify an
email that isn't in the master list. So for instance, I'm trying to add a
group to the set of reviewers or another colleague who is not on the master
email list.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a draft or published review.
2. Select one of the pins under "Reviewers"
3. Add "someone@somewhere.com" and select save
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would hope that the email is added to the list of reviewers but it is not.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Linux RHEL4u4, FireFox 2.0.4
