111: Give a link to download the patch

It would be nice if there were a link to download the actual patch from a
review request.  Often I would like to try to run the new code myself,
especially if it's a new enhancement.

You can get a copy by adding raw/ to the end of the diff URL.  Some UI for this would
be nice, though.
