What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move the mouse around the page
2. When the mouse cursor is an I-beam, try to select some text
3. After a long pause, the comments box will appear
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't like the new behavior that brings up the comments box so
aggressively. When the cursor is a hand (over the number columns), is when
I expect the box to appear.
I am finding that just clicking in the window to make it active is freezing
my browser while bringing up the comments box. I assume the goal was to
make less clicks necessary to bring up a comment, but I end up clicking the
close box ten times for every actual comment I want to make.
What operating system are you using? What browser?
Windows XP, Firefox 3.1
