Need to clean up the existing installation of reviewboard and rb-site.

We are looking forward to clean our testing env and do a new installation of ReviewBoard

 1.6.11 and Then upgrade it and the site. But currently it seems there is no information of how to get rid off an existing installation of reviewboard.
