Describe the enhancement and the motivation for it.
Right now, there's no way to subscribe to an individual ticket's updates, unless you comment on it. There have been requests to add this capability, which we definitely should do.
We could implement this through a starring mechanism, like Google Code and some others do, or through a big Subscribe button, like GitHub. I think the latter is more clear.
