Whenever I try to file a bug using Safari 8.0.8 on OS X 10.10.5, I get the whole thing written up and click File the ticket and nothing happens but it does show these errors around the radio box for selecting a project. I also noticed that unline in Chrome, when I change the radio box, it doesn't attempt to repopulate the detail text box with updated questions.
